  1. Enter your  information (name, date of birth, contact details, and a brief overview of your allergy concerns). Skip all sections that do not apply to your history.

  1. At the end, you will be asked to place a credit card on file. This is required for our direct specialty care model and allows for streamlined, transparent billing. No charges are made at enrollment. Your card is stored securely and used only for future services you choose to receive (e.g., membership fees, visits, or procedures like RapImmune™).

  1. Once complete, your enrollment is submitted instantly—no waiting or paperwork.

  1. Within minutes, you'll receive a welcome email from Allergenix with an invitation to register for your Patient Hub (our secure online portal). From here, you can self-schedule appointments (in-person or telehealth), message us directly, view records, manage payments, and more—all in one place.
