Allergenix operates on a Direct Specialty Care (DSC) model, which means your care is free from insurance restrictions, surprise bills, facility fees, and rushed appointments. This means charges are not processed through your insurance and payment is taken or arranged on the day of your visit. Every service is priced clearly and upfront so you always know what to expect.

Consultations & Visits

New patient consultation (60–90 minutes): $225

Established patient follow-up (non-member): $75–$150 per visit

Diagnostics & Testing

Environmental allergy skin testing (47-allergen panel): $280

Food allergy skin testing (up to 50 foods): $250

Supervised oral food challenge: $300

Delayed hypersensitivity patch testing: $500

Spirometry and FeNO airway testing: complimentary when clinically indicated

Immunotherapy Programs

RapImmune™ ultrasound-guided intralymphatic immunotherapy: $3,500 total program fee

Sublingual immunotherapy drops — environmental (SLIT): $179 start-up plus $99/month

Sublingual food immunotherapy (SLIT-Food): $1,200 build-up per food plus $99/month management

Traditional allergy shots (SCIT): $2,000 per year, serum preparation included

Venom immunotherapy (VIT): $2,500 per year

Pricing varies by test type for each patient and is provided as needed.
